With over 150 quality lots spread across the subject area, this promises to be an excellent auction with a lot of interest. The auction is open to paid up members of the society only. However, any non member may download the catalogue and is invited to join as a member to take part in the auction. The closing date for bids is 23.59 GMT on Friday 24th April 2026. Good luck.

GBOS Members at the Crawford Festival

During the Crawford Literary Festival held at the Royal Philatelic Society on 24th and 25th June, Richard Garcia and Maurice Hadida presented “Researching using the Gibraltar National Archives and the French Diplomatic Archives”. They did a simultaneous presentation with Maurice talking about his time in the Morocco postal archives in France and Richard in Gibraltar, as well as taking us through the process of visiting an archive to search for philatelic information and some of the important discoveries they made. Also in attendance from the society were John Copeland, Jeremy Wilkes and Ricky Verra.
